Director’s Profile
Lex Yap started his career sector services planning and investments to in the financial by providing in financial business clients. This was mainly due to deep-rooted interest his fervent wish and to build his wealth from a very early age. Hence, he began his search for business opportunities.
A few years later in 2001, he started to invest in properties.
He joined the real estate industry.
Being very eager to share his experiences, he published his first book “How to Build your Wealth through Buying, Renting and Selling Properties”.The book revealed strategies that he had employed to acquire properties. He aims to assist his reader in accumulating wealth through rental, purchase and sale of properties.
After he obtained his Certified Financial planner (CFP) licence in 2005, he was more confident with his skills in property investment, as he was armed with more financial planning knowledge.
He obtained his Real Estate Agent licence in 2015
He became the Principal of Metroworld Realty Sdn Bhd
he published his second “Everyone book, Can Buy Property”
He has organised talks and seminar to share his experience in property investment.
On November 2017, he has taken up his directorship and become and founded Centricity Realty.
